 1. What makes Ceramic Coffee's coffee beans unique?

At Ceramic Coffee, we specialize in offering high-quality coffee beans from different regions. Our coffee beans are carefully selected and sourced to ensure unique and flavorful options for coffee enthusiasts. Each batch is meticulously roasted to bring out the distinct characteristics and flavors of the beans, providing a truly exceptional coffee experience.

2. How often do you roast coffee?

Since we are a microroastery we typically roast once a week (Thursdays) for our online orders. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will roast and ship on the following roast date.

3. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our selection of coffee beans and choose the ones that appeal to your taste. Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

4. When will my coffee ship?

We ship our online orders on Fridays and Saturdays. That way you have fresh roasted coffee for the beginning of your week

5. Can I order online and pick up locally?

Yes! If you checkout as usual and chose Local Pickup - Chicago, IL, we will roast to order and let you know when the order is ready. Typically you can pick up on Fridays and Saturdays.

6. Do you deliver locally?

We can deliver roasted coffee as part of our wholesale orders in the Metro Chicago and Chicagoland area. If you're interested in serving our coffee at your shop, office, restaurant, bar, etc, fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours.

7. What is your shipping policy?

We offer fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Once your order is placed, our team will carefully pack and ship your coffee beans to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You can find more detailed information about our shipping policy here.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
