We're super excited to be adding this easy sipper to our line-up. It's a coffee-coffee for when you need a little break from the mangosteen, kiwi, jackfruit co-ferment. We're not saying that we're not into experimental coffees. Sometimes we're looking for comfort in the cup. The pulped natural process brings some nice subdued acidity, with complex dark chocolate and nuttiness in the foreground.
ABOUT THE FARM
Geographically the municipality of Brejetuba is in the Southwest Mountain region of the State of Espirito Santo, surrounded by the Atlantic Forests. The Paula family has been instrumental in recognizing the potential quality of this area of Brazil. Paulo, the eldest of a group of brothers, has been focused on producing quality coffee since the early 2000s. They were one of the first to start pulping and washing their coffees; and one of the first to plant varieties of Catuai or Catucai in the region. Having won several cup competitions, the Paula's have been leading the way in coffee quality for Espirito Santo.

Recently tried this roast from Ceramic and it really blew me away. I used the beans for a pour over. The smell of the beans straight out of the bag is superb. When drinking you can really taste the truffle and plum notes. This coffee has the complexities and acidity I look for in a lighter roast. It tastes even better out of your favorite ceramic mug. A+++
