ABOUT THE FARM

El Rubí is a unique project from our importers (Osito) who were able to bring together a collection of farmers from several veredas (small mountain villages) in Planadas, Tolima. These farmers can work directly with producers to receive direct payment and individual traceability of their incredible coffee. The aroma of this coffee bursts with notes of caramel, and in the cup you’ll find impressions of turbinado and citrus with a syrupy yet clean floral finish.
