Mayole Coffee sources its high-quality specialty coffee from the Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia. These coffees are known for their vibrant and complex flavors. Grown at high altitudes in fertile volcanic soil, they are fruit-forward, have floral undertones, and a sweet, tea-like body.
What sets Mayole Coffee apart from its sister company, Sookoo Coffee, is the broadening of where these high-end specialty coffees are sourced and processed. Through vertical integrations, they can collect coffee that is processed at people's homes and help make them a part of the specialty market.
