ABOUT THE PRODUCER + FARM
Nelson Domínguez encompasses a true passion for coffee. With over 20 years of experience working in the coffee industry, Nelson now produces his own coffee and is an integral part of Cima's Quality Control team in Honduras.
Finca El Trueno is a young farm, founded in 2019 in Marcala, La Paz, to produce high-quality, resistant varieties such as IH90, Icatu, and Caturra, with plans to incorporate Parainema in the future. To further improve the quality of his coffees, Nelson has also established an on-site mill to prepare his natural coffees.
Finca El Trueno has a small, family-centered crew that pours their heart and soul into their production - two full-time workers and five total collaborators during harvest season!
